The Highland Singers is a SATB choir. It was formed in 1988 by a small group of friends wishing to sing celtic songs in four part harmony. Its repertoire has increased over the years to include songs from musicals, popular classics, devotional and an extensive collection of Christmas carols and songs. The choir entertains in nursing homes throughout the year and perform two concerts annually, raising funds for CAN ASSIST, a local cancer-support charity. We also sing in Corbett Gardens during Tulip Time and for the annual Carol Services at Holy Trinity Church, Berrima, and Christ Church at Bong Bong.
The Highland Singers were the instigators of the highly successful Southern Highlands Choirfest raising thousands of dollars for the Southern Highlands Community Hospice Project.
